American Legion Post 283 ROTC Air Force Scholarship at UCLA

The American Legion Post 283 ROTC Air Force Scholarship at UCLA was established in 2002 to provide scholarship support for Air Force ROTC students enrolled in classes at UCLA. Freshmen and sophomores enrolled at or accepted to a four-year university with at least a 3.0 term and cumulative GPA. The recipient must show excellence in military and athletic achievement in the Air Force ROTC program. A committee consisting of the commanding officers of each branch of the Armed Services, or their designates, will select deserving contracted recipients. The scholarship may be renewed for a second and third year on a competitive basis.
