Summer Research Incubator

This application is required for all applicants to the Summer Research Incubator (SRI) at UCLA. The SRI is a virtual, entry-level eight-week summer program (July 5-August 26, 2022) for students who are interested in pursuing research or creative inquiry on issues of diversity or social justice in the humanities, arts, social sciences, or psychology at UCLA. SRI participants receive a $3000 scholarship. No faculty mentor is needed for the SRI, and students do NOT need to enroll in any classes to participate.

  1. The Summer Research Incubator scholarship will be part of your overall financial aid package; the Financial Aid office will adjust your financial aid package to ensure that you do not exceed your financial need. For more information, please contact the Financial Aid office directly.
