Monique and Richard Spataru Endowed Scholarship

The Monique and Richard Spataru Endowed Scholarship was established in 2015 to support undergraduate scholarships in the UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science .It is the donors’ wish that the scholarship(s) be awarded to students who met all three criteria below:

1. born in Europe,
2. European citizens, and
3. European descent

It is the donors’ wish that priority be given to students who are French citizens, then who are German citizens, and then to other students of European descent.
