The Johnnie L. Cochran, Sr. Scholarship was establish to award entering freshmen students who graduated from a Los Angeles, County High School (public or private) and participated in the Young Black Scholars Program (YBSP), verified by both UCLA and YBSP, as determine by UCLA Financial Aid and Scholarships.
