Margaret Pabst Bowen Memorial Alumni Scholarship

The Margaret Pabst Bowen Memorial Scholarship was established in 1999 by Winston F. ’65 & Rebecca L. Bowen in memory of his mother Margaret Pabst Bowen for incoming freshmen students with financial need. Margaret enrolled at UCLA in 1932, but when her father lost his job during the Great Depression, she left her studies to work as a secretary and help support her family.
