Santa Monica High School - John B. Kennedy Memorial Scholarship

The Santa Monica High School – John B. Kennedy Memorial Scholarship was established in 2017 to support scholarships for UCLA undergraduate students who matriculated from Santa Monica High School in Santa Monica, California. The UCLA Office of Financial Aid will determine the amount and term of each awarded scholarship .

It is the donors’ intention for the scholarship to be used as an enrollment management tool to recruit students who may have considered not attending college because of personal constraints. Accordingly, the criteria may be extended to transfer students who matriculated from Santa Monica High School that it better fit the donors’ scholarship intention. Should the Santa Monica High School close, for any given reason, the scholarship criteria shall be expanded to support undergraduate scholarships for students from Santa Monica College in Santa Monica, California.
