Morris E. Newman Scholarship
The Morris E. Newman Scholarship was established in 1956 by Jerome H. Newman, Seymour Z. Newman, and various friends & family, in memory of Morris E. Newman, to support scholarships to students who are enrolled full-time in summer term and have demonstrated financial need.
Eligibility:
- Recipients must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units at summer census to receive this award.
- Must file the UCLA summer financial aid application, in addition to FAFSA/DREAM for the upcoming year
Awards will be cancelled if summer census reports show a recipient dropped below 12 units, failed to submit the UCLA summer financial aid application and have no demonstrated need, or fail to submit post-acceptance by 8/31/24.
