Lisa Mederos Memorial Prize for Research Excellence
The department will award $400 in recognition of research excellence demonstrated through an honors thesis. The prize is named after Lisa Mederos, a talented honors student who passed away before she could complete her thesis.

Eligibility Criteria

• Be enrolled in the Sociology departmental honors program
• Have a completed draft of an honors thesis (final version not required)

Application Instructions:
Upload PDF copy of your honors thesis, including a cover page with the following information:

• Student name
• Thesis title
• Thesis advisor
