The Judith and Milton R. Stark Scholarship Fund/Arts was established in 1986 to provide scholarships to worthy undergraduate students under the direction of the Dean, School of the Arts and Architecture.Students with demonstrated professional promise in any of the art forms of music, dance, theater or art shall be eligible for consideration.
