Mitchell Family TFT SCholarship

The Mitchell Family TFT Scholarship was established in February 2019 by William E. and Jan Mitchell to provide a merit-based scholarship to a UCLA undergraduate student studying in the UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television. A new student will be awarded $4,000 annually for a 4 year course study.

It is the donors’ preference for the scholarship listed above that the students meet one or more of the following criteria:

1. From Northern California – With a stronger preference to students who have matriculated from Menlo School in Atherton , CA.
2. Come from a middle-income household as determined by the UCLA Financial Aid & Scholarships Office.
3. Female
4. Underrepresented minority
