UCLA Global Internship Program Scholarship

The UCLA Global Internships Program Scholarship was established in 2020 by the UCLA International Education Office (IEO) to support students participating in the UCLA Summer Global Internship Program on the basis of need.

Applicants enrolled in the Medellin Global Internship Program will also be considered for the Medellin Global Internship Scholarship, which offers an award amount of $4,000.

The application cycle takes place each Winter Quarter for the upcoming Summer term and is open to those who meet all the following requirements:

UCLA undergraduate student enrolled in the UCLA Global Internship Program (Please note that students enrolled in the UCEAP Summer Global Internship Program are not eligible for this scholarship).
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Financial Aid recipient at UCLA

All eligible students are encouraged to apply and preference will be given to students who identify as the following
• First generation students
• Underrepresented minority students
• Students who have not previously studied abroad.
