Gene Reynolds Scholarship

The Gene Reynolds Scholarship was established in 1985 in honor of Gene Reynolds ‘47, writer-producer, to support UCLA’s entering undergraduate students with their education.

  • One-half of the awards will be given to incoming freshmen with demonstrated financial need. The award will continue through that student’s senior year as long as he/she remains in good standing. Thereafter another such freshman will be selected.
  • The other half of the awards shall be given to incoming junior transfer students also with demonstrated financial need. This award will continue through that student’s senior year as long as he/she remains in good standing. Thereafter another such incoming junior transfer student will be selected.
