Clarence A. Dykstra Memorial Alumni Scholarship

The Clarence A. Dykstra Memorial Scholarship was established in 1950 in honor of former UCLA Provost and Vice President Clarence Dykstra, for incoming freshmen students. “Dyke” was an advocate for on-campus housing and established the university’s first dormitories, one of which was named in his honor.
