Housing Relief Awards (USAC IVP RENT RELIEF FUND )

The Housing Relief Fund was established in 2019 to address the nationwide housing insecurity crisis resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. As high housing costs remain a major issue for undergraduate students at UCLA, the Housing Relief Fund continues to support Bruins living in Westwood and the surrounding areas.


  • All domestic and international undergraduate students
  • Must have filed a FAFSA/DREAM application for 2023-24 and qualified for need-based aid, including work-study and/or loans
  • Low and middle-income families (Total family income up to $150,000)
  • Preference for, but not restricted to, first generation students, students working at least part-time, and/or Pell Grant recipients
