Alexander White, III Scholarship Fund
The Alexander White, III Scholarship Fund was established in 1990 to provide UCLA EXPO Center student interns with awards by The UCLA Internship Alumni Network.
The UCLA Internship Alumni Network (“UCLA IAN”) is an alumni affinity group whose mission is to support students to gain valuable career-shaping experience through internships. Undergraduate students who are affiliated with our internship partner departments, who have financial need and will be doing an internship in Summer 2024, are eligible for this scholarship.
In order to be considered for this scholarship, please submit this application by the deadline of April 29, 2024.
Internship Information:
Provide a short summary of the internship you will be doing, including (a) the name of the organization you will be interning with, (b) (if available) the name of your supervisor, © the focus of your internship, and (d) a summary of your tasks.

Scholarship Agreement:
If you are awarded this scholarship, you agree to the following:
- Have an informational meeting with UCLA IAN board member(s) no later than 30 days after receiving the scholarship
- Submit a post-internship report on whether you have achieved your internship goals,
- Attend a post-internship reception hosted by the UCLA IAN, and
- You grant UCLA IAN use of your name and image in furtherance of garnering alumni support.
